Life can get messy. Mine certainly has been, especially through my professional life. I’ve lived through chronic stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma - and, like so many, I’ve hidden it well. On the outside, I usually looked capable and composed. On the inside, I was losing myself.

From panic attacks and overwhelm at work to the trauma of my brother’s brain injury, the stress of my newborn son’s open-heart surgery and the challenges that still await, and the grind of chronic pain, I know what it’s like to, as a result, be deeply affected in your professional life. I also know what it's like to find a way out, and how powerful it is when you confront your issues, and have someone partner with you to find yourself again. That’s why I do what I do - help people move past being stuck and to achieve their best, then go and live it out with impact and fulfilment.

As a Professional Coach (trained by the NeuroLeadership Institute) I support working professionals who are overwhelmed by life's pressure; who feel mentally stuck or emotionally drained. I use science-backed strategies, practical visual tools and deep, honest questioning to help people get clarity, shift direction, and step into who they want to be - not who the world told them they should be.

My coaching combines lived-experience with theory. I use my personal experience alongside reputable insights from neuroscience, coaching psychology, CBT and behavioural science. I help people unpack the mental load they carry, and slowly rebuild habits, thought patterns and routines that are sustainable and in line with their values and purpose.

My end goal? To help clients stop struggling, start unpacking, and move forward with honesty, courage, and momentum. This isn’t about fixing people.
